Dogo teletrabaja, my second venture, developed business software applications that were integrated with and delivered through a centrally managed telephone service.
It allowed professional services organizations, such as law firms and consultancies, to obtain advanced call handling, client billing, matter management and time tracking applications that used caller information, presence and speech recognition to automate common record keeping and documentation tasks.
Today these types of CRM and ERP applications are accessible on iPhone and Android mobile phones to everyone, but when I started the venture in 2001 they were complex suites of advanced software requiring an IT staff to operate. Our attempts to deliver such complex services in a simple and transparent manner resulted in several innovations and patents.
