SOFIns, my third venture, combines IT automation, remote access and software to allow non-technical users to obtain advanced services such as data recovery, system repair and forensics from remote technical experts, even in situations where the user's computer is so unstable or damaged that it cannot be started normally.

This first iteration of SOFIns has been operating since 2011 and used by forensics, data recovery and IT support service providers.

The next iteration of SOFIns expands the platform into a marketplace where technical experts capture their IT know-how into a productized form that may be sold to, and deployed directly by, non-technical users. This know-how may include procedures to install and configure software systems and diagnose network, hardware and software issues
